OAKHURST – Too much speed and an abundance of deer in the area may have contributed to a crash on Road 426 this evening. Just after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Apr. 15, a resident of Apple Valley was westbound on Road 426 in a Honda CRX when he apparently came into a corner too fast and rolled his car.

MADERA COUNTY – The Madera County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Investigation Unit has identified, and is searching for two men wanted for robbery and attempted murder in Coarsegold.
