Driver Arrested For DUI In Highway 41 Wreck

The wreck that tied up Highway 41 for several hours on Tuesday, Oct. 30, has been determined to be the result of someone driving under the influence, says the California Highway Patrol. Esmeralda Hernandez, 29, of Clovis, was northbound on Highway 41 just south of Mecca Lane, when she drifted into the southbound lane and opposing traffic.
