Corrine Fire Now At 600 Acres

NORTH FORK – The Corrine Fire, that started last night at about 9:30 p.m. has now grown to over 600 acres, with 20 percent containment. Deputies are evacuating the upper half of Road 222 from Corrine Lake Road to Road 200. The entire road is now closed from North Fork to the San Joaquin River.

OAKHURST – The Sky Fire has now grown to over 125 acres, and evacuations continue along Sky Ranch Road (Road 632) just north of Oakhurst. The fire was reported at 2:35 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, when a vehicle caught fire and spread into the surrounding vegetation.

MARIPOSA COUNTY – Crews were dispatched to numerous reports of a fire on Usona Road between Indian Peak Road and Boulder Ridge Road, just after 8 a.m. this morning.
