Rape Suspect Nabbed With Help From Public

CATHEYS VALLEY – On Tuesday, May 21, at 9:43 a.m. Mariposa County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Catheys Valley area to investigate a third party report of a domestic violence incident. Deputies arrived shortly thereafter and contacted the reported female victim who told deputies that she had been physically beaten by her co-habitating boyfriend, Martin Guerrero Jr., age 42.
