MARIPOSA – The Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office collected 302 pounds of unneeded and unwanted prescription medications during their Drug Take Back event on Sept. 27. The Sheriff’s Office staffed three locations around the county to collect any unwanted prescription drugs from citizens.
