OAKHURST – Yosemite High School held their annual talent show Monday evening, Feb. 2, and the night was nothing short of impressive.
The show featured an array of talents, from singing, dancing, and even a comedy standup act by YHS senior Madison Kollenborn.

Starting off with a beautiful ballet recital performed by Tara Neil, the program never had a dull moment. There were plenty of singing acts, five in total, and also a few dancers, including a Native-American Hoop dance by 9th grader Ahdezbah Brisa that transfixed the audience.
First Place was awarded to Nathaniel Schlepp for showing off his unique dance moves, and in Second Place came a duet by Alex Dugovic and Lacey Frye with Dugovic on guitar and Frye providing stunning vocals.
First and Second Place winners will move on to the North Sequoia League (NSL) Talent Show where they will compete against the top two students from other schools. The NSL competition will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 10, in the YHS gym.
Well done YHS!
