OAKHURST–The tradition continues as Oakhurst Sunrise Rotary sponsors its 29th Annual Cajun Fest. This year attendees can anticipate mouthwatering “All-U-Can-Eat Shrimp, Ribs, Dirty Rice, and Cajun Corn.” Bring your appetite. Add to that a scrumptious homemade dessert from Bee’s Bakery and Cafe. Cajun Fest features a no-host bar with a full variety of beverages. Be on the lookout, as well, for a variety of outstanding raffle prizes. Acoustically Speaking featuring Whitney Baker provides live music, with covers of rock, folk, and blues classics. Get those dancin’ shoes ready.
The fun begins at 5:30 pm on Saturday, April 27, at the Oakhurst Community Center.
Tickets to the Cajun Fest are $65 per person and are available by calling (559) 283-4731. Tables of eight or ten can be reserved for a reduced per-person price of $60.
