Wanted – Madera County Sheriffs Office Seeking the Public’s Help

Coarsegold – On the morning of July 5th, 2020 Madera County Sheriff’s Deputies recognized and pulled over Michael G. Bryan who was driving a white stolen Dodge 3/4 ton diesel pickup in the area of Indian Lakes. Upon stopping his vehicle, Bryan exited and fled on foot.

While searching the vehicle the Deputies recovered an assault rifle, two handguns and ammunition.

A passenger identified as Matthew Donley, 41, of Coarsegold  was arrested at the scene and was later booked into Madera County Department of Corrections for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and is also being held on a probation violation.

Bryan is currently on felony probation and is now wanted for, felony possession or receiving a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor resist, obstruct, or delay of a peace officer.

Bryan is known to frequent the Coarsegold and Friant areas. If he is seen or if you have any information on his whereabouts please contact the Madera County Sheriff’s Office at 559-675-7770 and do not approach the suspect.

Bryan is 40 years old, 5’9”, 175 lbs with hazel eyes and a bald head.
