MARIPOSA COUNTY — The Mariposa County Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) will be presenting its annual 2022 Winter Integrated Pest Management workshop on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at the Mariposa Fairgrounds in Building A. See map below.
Join us for this workshop if you are interested in learning about the California Department of Pesticide Regulation, as well as:

- Pesticide Handlers Training
- Rights of Way Applications
- Cal Ag Permits Reporting
- Yellow Star Thistle
- Klamath Weed
- New Invasive Weeds
- Post-Fire Management for Landowners
- Using Grazing and Fire for Weed Control
Registration is required. Please register by Friday, December 2, 2022.
If you need continuing education hours for your California State Department of Pesticide Regulation license or your Private Applicator Certification, five hours of DPR continuing education credits including three hours of laws and regulations have been approved.
On-site registration for the workshop will begin at 8 a.m. and the workshop will run from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The cost for the workshop is $40 and includes snacks, lunch, and handout materials.
Please be prepared to show photo identification for admittance to the workshop.
Bring a chair cushion for your comfort.
