Sabrina King’s Mission Improvable At YHS

OAKHURST — Yosemite High School senior Sabrina King has been a member of the school’s theater arts department for all four years of attendance, and for her senior project, she’s raising money for the cause.

In conjunction with the YHS Advanced Theater Arts class, Sabrina will present Mission Improvable on Thursday and Friday, Mar. 30 and 31, in the Yosemite High School Theater. The show will run twice each day, with a matinee at 2 p.m. and an evening show at 7 p.m.

“I have enjoyed my years at Yosemite High School, especially being involved in theater arts,” Sabrina says. “I know that the school budget is tight, and I want to help keep the program going for future badgers.”

The improvisational comedy  project will feature games, skits, digital shorts and a lot of laughs. Sabrina is donating all of the proceeds from the event to the Theater Arts Department.

Tickets for Mission Improvable are $5 for everyone.

In addition, Sabrina will be hosting a yard sale in front of the school on Saturday, Apr. 1 from 8 a.m. to noon. There will be clothing and other items for sale; proceeds from this event will also benefit the YHS Theater Arts Department.
