OAKHURST – Coach Richard Pastoria is back this summer with the 2015 Pastoria Tennis / Yosemite High School (YHS) Summer Tennis Camp.
Camp Director Richard Pastoria of Pastoria Tennis has over 20 years experience teaching tennis, specializing in youth development programs and junior tournament training.
The camp is open to girls and boys age 8 to 18, starting Monday, June 22, and running four weeks through July 16. Tennis Camp operates Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. for participants who were in elementary or junior high school during the 2014/15 school season.
Participants who were in high school during the 2014/15 school season attend the camp Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The cost is $110 total per child for the entire four weeks. Coach says that’s just $6.87 per day.
Pastoria Tennis/YHS Summer Tennis Camp has been operational since 2013. In addition to its namesake Director, camp staff includes current YHS Varsity Tennis Team athletes Ari Bhalla, Ian Pincus, Steven Standefer, and Burke Stewart, each “bringing their tennis skills and great personalities to camp,” says Coach Pastoria. “We are grateful to have each of them with us this year.”
