MARIPOSA COUNTY —The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is scheduled to conduct the following work next week in Mariposa County:
Route 49
• One-way traffic control at Wass Road East for roadway washout/slip-out repairs
from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
• One-way traffic control from Moccasin Creek to Bear Valley Road for shoulder
work beginning Monday, February 13, through Friday, February 17, 2023, from
8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and are advised to use alternate routes.
This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic
incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials, and construction related
issues.
