OAKHURST — Oakhurst Elementary School is hosting a “Welcome to Kindergarten” Drive-Through Round-Up and the OES Kindergarten Team of Karen Forbes, Anne Guynn and Laura Jeffris is looking forward to meeting you and your child.
The team will have a special present for your child and this will also be a great opportunity to ask them questions and submit kindergarten registration papers with their office manager, Yvonne Horton.
What: Transitional and Kindergarten Drive-Through Round-Up
When: Wednesday, June 10, 2020. The Drive-Through will be open from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Where: Oakhurst Elementary School Library
What to bring for registration: Provide proof of age, immunization records, proof of residency, AND your completed registration packet (can be completed on site.)

OES offers a full-day kindergarten program from 8 a.m. – 2:20 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The regular day schedule is 8 a.m. – 2:20 p.m.
The minimum day schedule is 8 a.m. – 1:20 p.m.
A transitional kindergarten program is offered for those students who turn 5 years old between the dates of Sep. 2 – Dec. 2, 2020.
