Madera County Supervisors Continue “On The Road” Meetings

MADERA COUNTY – The Madera County Board of Supervisors is excited to announce that they will continue to conduct several regular meetings “on the road” this year.

These meetings are part of an ongoing effort to increase transparency and encourage public participation, say Board members.

“Look for us in a community near you for a chance to participate in the governing process. Residents will have an opportunity to learn about current happenings in the county and visit with elected officials and county staff to talk about what is working well and what needs improvement.”

The “On the Road” meetings will take place on the following Tuesdays:

“The County of Madera is in the midst of an open government transformation,” said Chairman of the Board and District 1 Supervisor Brett Frazier.

“The meetings are not only designed to encourage participation in the public decision making process but to promote our mission of creating a countywide culture of excellence.”

Representatives from county departments will be available to provide information, and topics of discussion will vary by district.

For more information please contact the County of Madera at info@maderacounty.com or by dialing 311.

If you cannot attend the meeting, a live stream will be available here, and/or you may submit questions or comments to supervisors@maderacounty.com.
