Madera County Sheriff’s Log Through Nov. 18

MADERA COUNTY – Following are details from the Madera County Sheriff’s Office of reports taken locally from Monday, Nov. 12, to Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018.

Ahwahnee trash dump and vandalism to residence gate
On Monday, Nov. 12 at 8:57 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 45000 block of Sno Flake Lane for a report of a trash dump and vandalism to a residence gate. A report was written for documentation.

North Fork burglary
On Monday, Nov. 12 at 11:04 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 31000 block of Wyle Ranch Way regarding a burglary. A report was written and case closed.

Coarsegold burglary
On Monday, Nov. 12 at 10:52 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 46000 block of Lucky Lane regarding burglary. A report was written and the case was closed.

Fish Camp theft
On Monday, Nov. 12 at 4:19 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 48000 block of Highway CA-41 for a report of a theft of a purse from a hotel room. A report was written for documentation.

North Fork traffic stop and narcotics
On Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 9:15 a.m. a deputy conducted a traffic stop in the area of Road 200 and Mountain Lane. The driver of the vehicle was later arrested for probation violations and several drug charges and booked into the Madera County DOC.

Oakhurst report of assault
On Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 5:52 p.m. deputies responded to the 49000 block of Vista Heights Lane for a report of an assault. Deputies arrived on scene and determined that there was no assault and generated a report for future reference.

North Fork gunshots
On Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 3:55 p.m. deputies responded to the 33000 block of Mission Drive for a report of 15-20 gunshots. Deputies arrived on scene and an arrest was made and the case was filed with the District Attorney’s Office.

Coarsegold violation of Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) terms
On Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 5:34 p.m. a deputy stopped and spoke with a male who was walking in the roadway near Road 415 and River Dance Trail. The male was found to be in violation of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) terms and was arrested, transported and turned over to Fresno PD for booking into the Fresno County Jail.

Coarsegold vehicle check results in two occupants booked for narcotics violations
On Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 7:26 a.m. a deputy conducted a vehicle check in the area of Highway CA-41 and Mandy Lane. The two occupants were arrested and booked at the county jail for narcotic violations.

Oakhurst warrant citation
On Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 11:24 a.m. a deputy was dispatched concerning a possible suicidal subject. Subject was not suicidal but did have out of county traffic warrants. Subject was cited for the warrants.

Oakhurst juvenile assault
On Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 2:21 p. m. a deputy responded to the 50000 block of School Road in response to an assault call. A juvenile was arrested and booked at Madera County Juvenile Hall and a report was written.

Oakhurst burglary
On Thursday, Nov. 15 at 9:16 a.m. a deputy responded to the 40000 block of Highway 41 for reports that a burglary had occurred. An investigation was done and one report taken. Case closed due to no valid suspects.

Coarsegold coroner’s report
On Thursday, Nov. 15 at 6:08 p.m. a deputy responded to the 45000 block of Park Sierra Drive for a coroner’s case. The decedent had died of natural causes. The deceased was removed and a report taken. Forward to the coroner’s unit.

Oakhurst report of subject attempting to pass a fraudulent prescription to pharmacists
On Thursday, Nov. 15 at 11:02 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 40000 block of CA-49 regarding a subject who tried to pass a false prescription to several pharmacists. The suspect fled the scene and was not located.

Raymond report of a dog being shot
On Friday, Nov. 16 at 12:25 p.m. a deputy responded to the 30000 block of Road 608 for reports of a male subject’s dog getting shot. An investigation was done and a report taken for documentation. No suspect information.

Oakhurst female juveniles being harassed by an adult male
On Thursday, Nov. 15 at 4:15 p.m. a deputy was dispatched regarding two female juveniles being harassed by an adult male in the 40000 block of Highway 41.

Coarsegold violation of domestic restraining order
On Thursday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. a deputy responded in regards to a male subject violating a domestic restraining order that occurred in the 28000 block of Highway 41. Report forwarded to DA’s office for prosecution.

Coarsegold juvenile in need of a mental health evaluation
On Thursday, Nov. 15 at 6:37 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 48000 block of Holly Lane regarding a juvenile who was possibly in need of a mental health evaluation hold. The juvenile was transported to a hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Coarsegold found property
On Thursday, Nov. 15 at 11:31 p.m. a deputy responded to the 46000 block of Lucky Lane regarding found property.

Oakhurst coroner’s report
On Friday, Nov. 16 at 6:32 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 42000 block of Whittenburg Road regarding a coroner’s report. Report taken for documentation. Refer to Chief Coroner for review.

Coarsegold domestic disturbance, resisting arrest, narcotics, child endangerment
On Saturday, Nov. 17 at 9:54 a.m. a deputy responded to the 33000 block of Sesame Street in regards to a domestic disturbance between a husband and a wife. An investigation was completed and the female resisted arrest. The female was taken into custody and narcotics were located in her vehicle. The narcotics were located near an area a small child was sitting. The female was arrested for child endangerment,
possession of narcotics, and resisting arrest. The female was booked into the Madera County Jail.

Coarsegold coroner’s report
On Saturday, Nov. 17 at 2:08 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 46000 block of Lucky Lane regarding a coroner’s case. The decedent’s husband was present and a report was taken for documentation. Refer report to the Chief Coroner for review.

North Fork burglary
On  Sunday, Nov. 18 at 9:58 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 56000 block of Road 200 for a report of a burglary. A Deputy arrived and a report was written.
