The UC Master Food Preservers of Mariposa County have just graduated their first training class with students from Mariposa, Merced, Madera and Fresno Counties and are pleased to offer a class on food preservation.

  • When did you last have yours tested?
  • Bring your pressure canner lid for annual testing.
