OAKHURST — Bird lovers, art lovers, gallery lovers — may we have your attention, please?
The community is invited to stop by Stellar Gallery for a special exhibit that runs through Mar. 15. It’s called Birdscapes and features the photographs of David Hoffman and G. Dan Mitchell and is the first new exhibit of the year at the popular local gallery owned by Jon Bock.
Both Dave and G Dan are not only inspired by the beauty of wild lands and natural places, Bock notes, they are inspired by flora and fauna as well.
“Birds are an integral part of most environments,” Bock says. “Their nesting habits, migration patterns and survival strategies express volumes about the places they live, and ultimately our own habitat as well.”
