The North Fork Chamber of Commerce is conducting a survey to evaluate the services and capabilities of the North Fork community to improve resources & opportunities for everyone. Your feedback and opinions are an important part of this process.

All individual survey data will be kept confidential. All survey input must be completed by September 19, 2012.
