MADERA COUNTY — The public is invited to participate in planning the transportation system in Madera County at a workshop on Thursday, Mar. 9.

The Madera County Transportation Commission (MCTC) invites everyone to join in a roundtable meeting and workshop from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Webster Elementary School, located at 36477 Ruth Avenue in the Madera Ranchos.

They are looking for the public’s input as to how to:

  • Link Land Use and Transportation Planning

Participants will be providing input on the amendment to the 2014 Madera County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS), and the upcoming 2018 RTP/SCS update.
