COUNTY — If you have questions for your local government representatives or you’re seeking information on tree mortality, stop by one of two upcoming mobile district office hours scheduled by the offices of Senator Tom Berryhill and Assemblyman Frank Bigelow.
Staff will be available to hear from the public and a tree mortality specialist will be on-hand to offer answers, as well.
The joint office hours will be on Wednesday, Nov. 9, in Mariposa at 10 a.m. and in Oakhurst at 1:30 p.m. For more information, please call (559) 253-7122.
Mariposa From 10 a.m. to noon, reps will be at the Sierra Nevada Conservancy, located at 4988 11th Street, Suite A
Oakhurst From 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m., reps will be at the Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce, new location at 40061 Highway 49 in Oakhurst.
Senator Berryhill represents the counties of Amador, Calaveras, Inyo, Mariposa, Mono, Stanislaus, Tuolumne and parts of Fresno, Madera, Sacramento and Tulare.
Assemblyman Bigelow represents Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Placer, Tuolumne, Mariposa, Madera and Mono counties.
