OAKHURST — The Madera County Sheriff’s Office is issuing an Evacuation Warning for the following areas in Cedar Valley:
- Lake Side Drive (South of Fire Station 18)
- Cedar Place
- Deer Run Trail Road
- Lazy Oak Drive
Be aware of rising water levels and evaluate your conditions. If you feel the need to evacuate, please do so.
Residents in these area should be prepared to immediately evacuate at a moments notice. Have personal affects packed and be ready.
Residents wishing to voluntarily evacuate early may do so to the EV Free Church at 50443 Road 427 in Oakhurst (Near Yosemite High School). If you need assistance, please contact the Madera Sheriff’s Office at 559-675-7770.
