YOSEMITE LAKES PARK –The Yosemite Lakes Park Disaster and Safety/Health Committee will hold its inaugural Safety & Health Fair on Saturday (Sept. 28) from 10 am to 4 pm.
The fair will be held both inside the YLP club house and in the adjacent parking lot. (The club house is located at 30250 Yosemite Springs Parkway.)

Madera County Sheriff Jay Varney and McGruff the Crime Fighting Dog will also attend the event where tables will be set up inside the club house for informational material to be distributed and demonstrations offered.
EMS, fire and law enforcement vehicles will be on display in the parking lot.
The Blue Heron Restaurant will be offering a lunch buffet from 11 am to 2 pm. The cost of the meal is $10.95.
Each visitor to the Safety and Health Fair will be provided a ticket. For each table or vehicle they stop at, the ticket will be marked. Once they have visited each station, the ticket will go into a box. Winning tickets will be drawn and the winners contacted.
