MOUNTAIN AREA — Residents in Madera County who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic can apply for relief funding from United Way of Fresno and Madera Counties.
The nonprofit created the Coronavirus Relief Fund to provide area residents with up to $500 in emergency relief aid.
People who have lost their jobs, are struggling with unexpected medical costs or other issues related to the pandemic can apply.
To be eligible, you must apply by April 6 and be a resident of Fresno or Madera counties.
