OAKHURST– On Tuesday, Sept. 26 the Oakhurst Branch Library will be holding an orientation meeting for new volunteers from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Library branch manager, Dale Rushing, says the library is currently in need of volunteers to perform a variety of tasks at the facility including shelving books and other library materials, setting up for book sales and book mending.
People interested in attending the meeting should sign up in advance by calling the library at (559) 683-4838 or dropping by the library to sign up.
