August 2020 was another great month for home sales in our mountain area! We had 77 homes sold, and the median price was $355,000 following 75 home sales in July with a median price of $340,000. Homes were on the market an average of 109 days, and the purchase price, ranging from $180,000 to $567,000, averaging 97% of asking price. Total home sales volume for August, 2020 was $30,017,250
Average homes size was 1,973 sq. feet. Average price per square foot was $202.95.
There were 80 pending (in escrow) home sales at the end of August with a median asking price of $349,000.
Areas covered in this report are Oakhurst, Coarsegold, Bass Lake, North Fork, O’Neals, Wawona, Yosemite West, Ahwahnee, Raymond, Wishon, Fish Camp, Mariposa, Catheys Valley, Midpines, and Hornitos.
