AHWAHNEE—Find out how you can make a difference in an animal’s life. Attend the volunteer information and recruitment meeting at Eastern Madera County SPCA Animal Care and Adoption Center (EMCSPCA) on Saturday, March 16, 2024, beginning at 10 am.
Our volunteers are dedicated to working tirelessly to make the pets’ stay at the shelter as healthy and stress-free as possible! They focus on providing a relaxed, peaceful environment for their guests.
Volunteers play a critical role in EMCSPCA’s ability to achieve its goals of saving and enhancing the lives of animals. There are many types of opportunities, some at the shelter and some remote. We have many needs, ranging from dog walkers, cat socializers and shelter assistants, to reception, marketing, and IT skills. Please see the EMCSPCA volunteer page for a list of duties volunteers perform. There’s got to be something to fit your abilities and interests.
