Get Ready for Thanksgiving Dinner at Aroma Tavern

FISH CAMP —  Narrow Gauge Inn is excited to present to you the Thanksgiving Dinner at the Aroma Tavern at the Narrow Gauge Inn Dining Hall. They have been graced with the presence of Executive Chef Doris Rodriguez, coming to them from Maine, bringing her Cuban flare to our beautiful mountains near Yosemite.

Chef Doris is adamant about bringing Narrow Gauge Inn restaurant to the fine dining standards while still maintaining their rustic, old-fashioned and cozy atmosphere.

Chef Doris, along with Executive Chef Herbey Bustamante, will be bringing “Wild Game” back to the Narrow Gauge Restaurant as well.

They currently have their Thanksgiving Menu available to view online. Winter menu will be coming soon.

Thanksgiving Menu 2022

All guests will also enjoy cranberry walnut stuffing, cranberry chutney and fresh in-house baked bread with cinnamon pumpkin butter.

Choice of Appetizers
  • Green Bean Casserole Dip: A twist on the ole holiday favorite, made for dipping baguettes.
  • Honey Forest Nut Baked Brie: A crème de brie delicately mixed with local forest nuts and honey, baked in a puff pastry.
  • Forest Fresh Charcuterie Board: A variety of delicious meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts and tasty spreads carefully chosen from the Central Valley and beyond. Served with cocktail crackers.
Choice of Salads
  • Valley Fresh Garden Salad: A blend of local mixed greens, fresh fruits and pine nuts tossed and garnished with toasted coconut and topped with your choice of dressing.
  • Fall Cranberry Walnut Salad: A blend of locally grown mixed greens, garden vegetables, cranberries and walnuts, drizzled with local honey and topped with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Choice of Main Course
  • French Cut Slow Roasted Turkey: It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving if they forgot the turkey. Served with house-made turkey gravy.
  • Foothills Rosemary Pheasant: Slow roasted with a cranberry walnut and locally distilled whiskey glaze.
  • Roasted Duck Breast: Slow roasted with a wild mushroom blood orange bourbon sauce.
  • Valley Fresh Fig & Honey Roasted Ham: Slow roasted ham glazed with fig and honey and topped with a soft-boiled quail egg.
  • Stuffed Acorn Squash (Vegan friendly): Acorn squash stuffed with a wild mushroom risotto and locally grown vegetables slow roasted for a flavorful delight.

  • Whipped Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
