The Madera County Public Health Department invites you to attend our Health Coach Training for Diabetes and Hypertension Management. This is a 4-day series of trainings that provides information on concepts such as: communication skills to educate and support patients with diabetes and hypertension, promote health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments, learning how to educate on nutrition, physical activity, behavior modification and prevention of complications.
