NORTH FORK – The North Fork Boosters, Red Barn Coffee Co. and Hot Shot Coffee Shack will be holding a fundraiser for the victims of the Creek Fire on Saturday Oct. 24. 2020 from 1 pm to sundown. Located at the Red Barn Coffee Co. in the heart of North Fork. (Pizza Factory and Post Office parking lot)
The Red Barn Coffee Co. will be offering their awesome drinks and Hot Shot Coffee Shack will be providing their famous Tri-tip BBQ sandwiches. A portion of all sales from the day will be donated to the families as well.
Darden the Band will be providing live music. Darden grew up spending their summer vacations at Wagner’s and Mammoth Pool and also played at the annual Chiquito Creek Music Festival. With the Creek Fire destroying much of Wagner’s, Darden wanted to help any way they could.
DARDEN is comprised of Selah, on the violin; Clarah, the guitarist; Havi on mandolin, and Tabbi, the bassist. All four are vocalists in the group, focusing on harmonies and musical blends.
Many families lost everything in the devastating Creek Fire and the tight knit community of North Fork is reaching out to all who are able to help.
This will be a drive through event so come any time between the hours of 1 pm and sundown to grab some great food and drinks, hear some great music while in line and support those who have been devastated by the Creek Fire. If you are not interested in purchasing food or drinks you are able to drive up and donate as well.
Participants will be provided a form that will allow them to specify which family will be receiving their donation as well as a blank space if the family they want to support is not listed.
T-shirts will be for sale as well. 100% of the proceeds will go to the families specified.
