AHWAHNEE – The Redwoods and Coolwater Ranch are happy to welcome back guitar wizard Richard Smith.
If you’ve seen Richard play, you know he’s one of the world’s greatest. If you haven’t seen Richard play, come check him out. He is Chet Atkins, Merle Travis and Tommy Emmanuel all wrapped into one.
The Coolwater House Concert Series is a showcase for world-class acoustic musicians. Always great music; always a great time.
Concerts at the ranch are small, not-for-profit (an understatement, says host Robin Ralston!) social events attended by about 40 friends, neighbors and family. About 20 additional seats are available by arrangement to interested listeners.
Passes are available at Mountain Feed and Nursery in Coarsegold, Oakhurst Feed, and Branches Books in the Vons center. Suggested donation for the artist is $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
The ranch is located in Ahwahnee, just ten minutes from Oakhurst at 45680 Forest Ridge Drive. Just a few house rules attendees are asked to follow please: no alcohol, drugs or smoking and no children under 16. As always, there will be a variety of foods and non-alcoholic beverages available at no extra cost.
Richard will be performing at Coolwater Ranch on Friday, Apr. 19, at 7 p.m.
If you have any questions, please call Robin at 559-760-1134.
