OAKHURST – An ill-advised left turn onto Royal Oaks Drive this afternoon caused damage to two vehicles on Highway 41. Adrienne LaFarge, 64, of San Mateo, was southbound on Highway 41 in a 2013 Hyundai when, according to CHP Officer Tomazian, she “violated the right of way” of a vehicle headed northbound.

MADERA COUNTY – A 30-year-old bookkeeper has been arrested on suspicion of cooking the books at two different companies in Madera, and amassing almost $30,000 before she was caught, according to Sheriff John Anderson.
