The Animal Compassion Team foster and adoption program introduces a pair of litter mates who can be adopted as a pair or apart. Meet Melody and Millie:
We are four-month-old chihuahua and terrier mixes who are just so cute.
Our foster mom says we are some of her favorite puppies ever, and we are just such well behaved little girls. We are quiet, great in a crate, and don’t nip or chew on cloths or your fingers like most puppies do.
Since puppies double in size from four months, our foster momma thinks we will be about eight-to-10-pounds, each.
We love to give kisses and cuddles. Sometimes our foster momma watches movies with us on the couch for hours and we just cuddle and sleep right next to her. Toys are our favorite and we love the squeaky ones.
We think we are very cute, and are wondering why we haven’t gotten out forever homes yet, since we are just such wonderful pups. We are both spayed, microchipped, have had three puppy shots and a rabies shot.
We are all ready to go! If you think we’re the pups for you please fill out an online adoption application for us or contact our foster mom at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. Hope to hear from you soon.
UPDATE June 26, 2017: Both dogs have been successfully adopted.
Animal Compassion Team is a nonprofit animal rescue organization whose goal is to save as many homeless pets as possible. We are volunteer based organization and receive no funding from local government.
We believe that all dogs and cats are as individual as adopters and make great effort to help match your family with the pet that is best suited for you. Through lifelong commitments and healthy fulfilled lives we believe pets are able to become the best they can be and amazing relationships are built.
Last week’s ACT Dog of the Week on Sierra News Online was Stanley, who was adopted to his new family on June 16.
