Chukchansi Gold Donates More Than $52,000 to Nine Local Nonprofits

COARSEGOLD –  Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino continued its legacy of philanthropy this week by donating $52,350 to nine local nonprofit organizations as part of its longstanding Chukchansi Cares’ “Wheel of Cash” promotion. Since its fruition in 2016, Chukchansi’s Wheel of Cash initiative has donated more than $200,000 to philanthropic organizations throughout the Valley. The 2021 donation marks the largest annual contribution in the promotion’s history.

For the past nine weeks, each of the below nonprofits had the opportunity to spin Chukchansi Gold’s “Wheel of Cash to earn donations for their organizations. Each nonprofit was presented with Chukchansi’s donation during a Chukchansi Cares celebration event yesterday morning.

Donations were as follows:

  • Marjaree Mason Center ($5,600)
  • Fresno American Indian Health Project ($7,200)
  • Eye Connect Dots ($6,050)
  • American Red Cross ($8,100)
  • Valley Animal Center ($2,750)
  • Trinity Development Center ($5,100)
  • AMVETS ($7,550)
  • HandsOn Central California ($4,700)
  • Heart of the Horse Therapy Ranch ($5,300)

Known for its generous community support, Chukchansi Gold’s Chukchansi Cares program donates thousands of dollars to local non-profit organizations every year, in total giving nearly $20 million in charitable dollars toward community benefit programs and initiatives.
