Young Man Reported Missing From Glacier Point In Yosemite

YOSEMITE — Park officials are seeking the public’s help in locating a young man reported missing in Yosemite National Park.

Gerardo Cruz Hernandez has not been seen for two days, and officials are requesting that if you were in the Glacier Point area on Wednesday, Nov. 22, or have any information about Gerardo, to please call 209-379-1992.

Gerardo is a Hispanic male, 18 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs 120 pounds. He has a tattoo on his right wrist.

He was last seen wearing white “Nike Air Force 1” sneakers.

Gerardo was last seen in the morning on Nov. 22, in Santa Barbara, Calif., and his vehicle was found that evening at Glacier Point in Yosemite.

We were unable to get a description of Gerardo’s vehicle when we contacted the Park.
