Extreme Registration At Oakhurst Community College

Extreme registration IIOAKHURST – The Oakhurst Community College Center will be participating in a State Center Community College District-wide Extreme Registration event: it’s a one-stop-shop to assist students in completing registration for the Fall 2015 semester. All new and returning students are encouraged to take advantage of the services offered at this special event.

This year the Extreme Registration event will take place from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Thursday and Friday July 30-31, and from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 1.

The Main Office of the Oakhurst Center will be open for students to interact with counselors, financial aid officers and campus staff.

During the Oakhurst Center Extreme Registration event students can expect to have all of the following services available at one convenient location:
• Course selection and class schedule planning
• Complete registration for classes
• Academic counseling & advising
• Learn how to register for classes on online using WebAdvisor
• Assessment Testing
• Online orientation
• Financial Aid
• Fee payment

Oakhurst_Community_College_Logo.pngAll new students should complete the online admission application at least three days prior to Extreme Registration event. In addition, new applicants are encouraged to complete their online orientation before attending the event. The orientation will take approximately one hour to complete. Both the admission application and orientation are available online at www.OakhurstCenter.com

The Oakhurst Community College Center is once again offering a mix of day, evening and online in-demand classes in English, math, science, and other general education required classes. The Oakhurst Center provides a great higher educational value at just $46 per unit. Students can now choose between 13 degrees and 6 certificates which can be earned entirely by attending only the Oakhurst Center campus. More support services will also be offered to help students earn an associate of arts, associate of science, certificate, or transfer to a four-year college or university.
