The Fresno-Madera Walk to End Alzheimer’s is excited to announce that in 2021 the Walk will be live and moving to Madera County.
FRESNO, CA. – The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research programs. The Fresno-Madera Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be held on September 18th at Tesoro Viejo.
“We are thrilled to host the Fresno-Madera Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Tesoro Viejo,” said Brent McCaffrey, president of Tesoro Viejo. “Health and wellness are the cornerstones of Tesoro Viejo, and we are pleased to help raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease while providing a fun and healthy event where participants can enjoy the natural beauty of the community.”

The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is moving forward with plans to host the event in person this fall. The health and safety of participants, volunteers and staff remain the Association’s top priorities while continuing to monitor the pandemic and make decisions about event details in local communities. While planning to gather in person, the Alzheimer’s Association will continue to offer options to participate in Walk to End Alzheimer’s online and in neighborhoods across the country.
This year the Fresno-Madera Walk to End Alzheimer’s is also excited to announce their new presenting sponsor Paintbrush Assisted Living and Memory Care.
