Murder Suspect Vehicle Last Seen Near North Fork

FRESNO – Homicide detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s help to try and find a vehicle tied to a murder that occurred between 1:00 am – 2:00 am on April 13th, 2021.

Detectives obtained a photo of a white Chevy Tahoe, with black door handles and 22 inch rims. It was last seen in the North Fork area near Road 200. This SUV is believed to belong to the person who shot and killed 56 year old Pacer Hampton of Fresno.

On the afternoon of April 13th, Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a house located at 5590 W. Olive Ave. in Fresno to check on a possible injured person. Deputies arrived and found a car had crashed through an iron fence and was parked on the front lawn. Inside the car was a man, later identified as Pacer Hampton, who was deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
