COARSEGOLD — This 29th of August (Sunday evening) you are invited to Coarsegold’s Historic Village for an old-fashioned Musical and entertainment event to meet and honor the local First Responders.
The Madera Sheriff and deputies, the California Highway Patrol Officers, CAL FIRE and local Volunteer Firefighters, EMTs, and many other First responders will be on hand.
It is an opportunity to personally meet these folks who put their lives on the line every day and to thank them for their service and bravery in protecting all of us in the mountain community.
The music will be out of this world with the nationally recognized Gilly Girls, famous for their Bluegrass and Country Western style. Also the renowned Callis Family singers will provide songs that will touch your heart. The evening begins at 5 p.m. and will wrap up by 7:30 (but you won’t want to go home).
Come join us next Sunday evening you’ll always remember and always regret if you miss it. For info please call John Somerville at 559-877-2882.
