Instructions for Public Comment at the virtual Special Board Meeting:
For Special meetings, the public is welcome to address the Board on any matter that is on the agenda. Members of the public may sign up for public comment by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5:00 pm on the day of the meeting. The Board President will call on you to make your comment. A maximum of three (3) minutes may be allowed. Items requiring lengthy discussion, at the Board’s discretion, may be scheduled as a specific agenda item at future meetings. You may take yourself off mute to make your comment. To minimize distractions, we ask you to please remember to put yourself back on mute after your comment is made. Please include your name and the item you are commenting on and address your comments to the Board of Trustees. The Board is governed by the Brown Act and may briefly respond to public comments, but take no action, except on items scheduled on the agenda.
