There’s no place like home for the Holidays —- except when you don’t have one.
“Homeless for the Holidays 2016” is our Christmas theme at the next monthly meeting of the Oakhurst Democratic Club on Saturday, Dec. 3, at Denny’s on Highway 41. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 AM with a special presentation at 9:30 featuring guest speaker, Mike Rhodes, noted progressive journalist (Dispatches from the War Zone) and former editor of Fresno’s “Community Alliance” newspaper. Mr. Rhodes will be available for questions following his remarks.
Free admission.
The public is enthusiastically encouraged to attend, regardless of party affiliation.
