On Friday, June 16, Music on the Green will present the T-Hawks. The T-Hawks are a country/folk/old timey trio. They are the combined forces of singer/songwriter Tommy V. from Oakdale, CA on guitar/vocals, Fritz Baggett on fiddle, and T-ranch Andy Roberts on banjo and vocals. This band has been making waves lately opening for such bands as the Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit and the Turkey Buzzards. In addition to Music on the Green, you can catch them at the Knights Ferry Music Festival on June 10 with a slew of other honky tonk acts.

He’s a one man band playing a kick drum and percussion with his feet while singing and playing guitar through various effects. He plays popular country covers along with some originals too.

All performances begin at 7 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) at the Mariposa County Art Park (5013 Hwy 140) in historic downtown Mariposa, CA. Parking is available along 4th and 5th St. The lower 5th St. parking lot provides an accessible pedestrian path to the Art Park through the Mariposa Creek Parkway entry. Tips for the performers will be solicited, encouraged, and appreciated. A complete schedule of the talent performing throughout this summer season can be found at www.mariposaartscouncil.org/music-on-the-green; weekly updates will be shared on the Mariposa Arts Council’s Facebook and Instagram pages (@MariposaArts).
