Hearing before Madera Planning Commission re: application for a CUP #2022-017 to allow new construction of home to be used as a bed and breakfast. Property is presently zoned RRS-2 Residential, Rural, Single-Family. The majority of the homeowners who are living in single-family, residential homes in the closest proximity to this parcel, 064-080-078, will be attending the hearing in order to express their desire to keep the zoning as is, for a RRS-2 and not change the present zoning to allow the operations of a Bed and Breakfast business in their immediate proximity. As noted, if anyone is opposed to this commercial business being granted the permit to operate said business on this property, the time and date and location of the hearing is described above.
