Head to the hills (Oakhurst to be exact), and delight in the start of Fall with an evening at the Estate by the Elderberries! Enjoy a farmer’s market with the chance to meet the wonderful agriculturist who create the delectable fruits and vegetables. Afterwards, enjoy a welcome refreshment and hands-on cooking demonstration with Executive Chef Robert – a presentation of preserving for the winter months! The kitchen team then takes the opportunity to pay a special salute to the Central Valley Farmers with their offer of a scrumptious seasonal dinner.
Farmer’s Market 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Reception and hands-on cooking demonstration – 5 p.m.
Followed by 5-Course Dinner served in the Dining Room at 6 p.m.
