Evacuation Orders Lifted For Valley Fire

MARIPOSA COUNTY – The Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office has announced that all evacuation orders and advisements have been lifted from the Valley Fire. The fire started on Friday afternoon, June 6, and is burning near Hunters Valley Road and Firehouse Road northwest of Bear Valley. Residents will need to show identification to return to the area.
