Yosemite Awaits: Secure Your Entrance Reservations Today

YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK–Park officials are announcing that the daily rolling release of additional entrance reservations for the season has begun on April 6.

Also, beginning April 13, a reservation will be required to drive into or through Yosemite National Park between the hours of 5 am and 4 pm on some days until October 27.  More reservations for each day, including some for afternoon-only arrivals, will be made available online at Recreation.gov. They will be available at 8 am Pacific time, one week in advance of the arrival date. Therefore, April 6 will see the release of additional reservations for April 13.

 

Reservations will be taken almost immediately. Be sure to have a Recreation.gov account and log in beforehand to get a reservation promptly at 8 am.

Days requiring reservations are as follows:

April 13 through June 30: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (May 27 and June 19)

July 1 through August 16: every day

August 17 through October 27: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (September 2 and October 14)
