MOUNTAIN COMMUNITIES—Officially Valentine’s Day falls on February 14, but you can make it an extended weekend of fun in our neighborhood, all the way from Friant up to Coarsegold, Oakhurst and Bass Lake. There’s something for all ages and all price points. Please be aware that most of these events require prior reservations. Put your heads together now to decide when and where you want to be.

- Palettes and Pathways Exhibit, Yosemite Gateway Art Center, Oakhurst. Not exactly a Valentine’s Day event, but who says you can’t combine art by nine exceptional artists with excellent tacos. There’s lot of love there.
