COARSEGOLD—The California Highway Patrol is reporting that a traffic collision has taken place on Highway 41 near Yosemite Springs Parkway. Two vehicles are involved and the Northbound lanes of the highway are affected. Traffic delays are occurring. Injuries are unknown at this time however an ambulance is enroute. Please avoid the area if possible. We will update this article when more information becomes available.

The accident has been cleared and the roadway is open. Traffic is still moving slowly through the area so please use caution.
