Special Documentary “Miwuk” At The Mariposa Museum
MARIPOSA, CA – In recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, the Mariposa Museum & History Center is excited to partner with the Southern Sierra Miwuk Nation, also known as AICMC, for a meaningful event that honors Indigenous heritage and advocates for cultural awareness. Join us for a special screening of the powerful documentary “Miwuk” on Sunday, October 12th, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
Held at the Mariposa Museum & History Center, located at 5119 Jessie St, Mariposa, this special screening is entirely free to the public, allowing everyone in the community to engage with and learn about the rich history and vibrant culture of the Southern Sierra Miwuk Tribe.
