It's that time of year again! Time for delicious chili, some great live music, and just some good, old-fashioned fun for the entire family! See you there!

Soroptimist 6th Annual Chili Cookoff Coming to Town

OAKHURSTSoroptimist International of the Sierras is hosting their 6th Annual Chili Cookoff at the Oakhurst Community Center.

Image of the Soroptimist International of the Sierras logo. There will be a judging contest for “best chili,” live music, and a raffle.

This is one of the major Soroptimist fundraisers for the year and will help them implement their ‘Live Your Dream’ and ‘Dream It – Be It’ programs for women and girls plus high school scholarships.

Cost is $20 and includes one drink ticket, one raffle ticket, chili samples, cornbread, toppings & dessert.

A child’s ticket is $5.00 for 10 & under.

Kids under three eat free.

Everyone is welcome to attend as it’s always a fun event.

Tickets may be purchased from Soroptimist member or at Foster & Parker Insurance.
