Pet of the Week – I’m Lola. Will You Play Ball with Me?
AHWAHNEE—My name is Lola, and I am a black beauty with tuxedo markings. I am only 4 months old, so I’m just a puppy, and I want to play with you. I want to go home with you. Right now, I’m only about 24 pounds, and the folks to take care of me say I’m a “small” mixed breed. I’m not sure what that means. I have lots of energy, so you’ll need to keep me busy. I’m really a happy girl and would fit right in with your active lifestyle.
I Walk with a “Strut”
The people who take care of me say I walk with a bit of a strut; as if I were Barry Manilow singing about a showgirl. What does that mean?
